Shipping Information:
Orders are processed within 24 hours. We usually ship UPS or otherwise noted. Shipping charges are based on weight and destination.
Drop Shipments - We will ship products directly from our manufacturer if we do not have it in stock.
Backorders - From time to time we may run out of certain items. The partial order will be shipped at a later date. Customer pays for shipping of backorders. Customers can cancel on an item that is on backorder at any time.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If customers are dissatisfied with any product purchased they may return it by obtaining a Return Authorization Form from foulballsportinggoods.com. You have five business days from the date the order arrived. We will either give store credit or your money back. We will not accept returns if the product was worn or damaged by the customer
